Villa & Jardin is perfect for entertaining friends and family, accommodating up to 8 adults. The ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room and outside toilet. The modern wood-iron staircase leads you to the first floor comprising an additional 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The living/dining room features floor to ceiling windows which open to a spectacular view of the pool and the beautiful, expansive landscape that is topped with the Velebit mountains in the distance.

Our villa is fully furnished and is equipped with air conditioning in each bedroom and two additional A/C units in the living/dining room. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the property. We also provide a Bluetooth speaker – you simply provide the groove!

If you feel like a Master Chef, you will be glad to know that our kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need to create your next culinary masterpiece.

Feeling hot? Our fridge has a built-in ice maker for your refreshing cocktails and ice-cold water to cool you down after a day in the sun.

Eating inside? Our dining table can extend to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. 

Appliances included: Fridge/freezer, dish washer, ceramic cooker, oven, hood, espresso coffee machine, 4-slice toaster and kettle.

As well as those appliances, the kitchen is equipped with the pots, pans, bowls, cookware, cutlery, tableware, plates, glasses, bottle opener and other utensils you would expect to find in any household.

The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron with ironing board, drying rack, cleaning tools, detergents, spare accessories and additional storage.
