Villa & Jardin is set on a 1.350 sq. meter property located in the small, quiet village of Vrh. While situated in a quite area, it is only 5km away from the vibrant and culturally rich city of Krk.
Entry to the property is through the wide iron gate and parking area, which can comfortably fit 3 cars. Surrounding the parking area is an olive garden and if you are here in the summer you can enjoy home grown organic figs, which have been a healthy delicacy in our family for generations.
The crown of the property is of course the 8x4x1.5 meter private swimming pool – perfect for fun and cooling down throughout the day. Surrounding the pool are comfortable chaise lounges and a lounge set where you can relax in the sun or beneath the parasol.
The outside covered terrace is where you will most likely spend most of your time with its high ceiling, providing a perfect shade during the summer months. Its centrepiece is a large wooden table that can comfortably sit up to 8 people for dinning or social gatherings.
No summer holiday would be complete without the smell of a BBQ so we have provided a modern, gas powered barbecue with a large cooking area that will help you create a delicious sizzling feast.
In the rear of the house, beyond the almonds, figs and Mediterranean garden, there is a large play area that provides a badminton playground, table tennis and enough space for any family activity you may fancy.
